-Fix repeat action regression
-zeroDb has drop-down with db values for easier access
-VU meter performance improvement
-faderStartStop option doesn't switch to different cue if deck already stopped
-Config Window stays on top on OSX
-Reset Sort Order right-click option added for folders when a order file is present

Please remove the need to restart virtualdj after changing this value :)
 
Still a delay when scratching with my CDJ 850's.........
 
VDJ 8 froze with build 2201 tonight and 2195 last night. had to alt delete and use VDJ 7 with out issue. Using windows 7

You only need to load a new track, no need to restart.
 
you should have received 3 crashes from me just now (relating to Automix)
 
another crash...... reverting back to 2195
 
No crash logs received, could you be more specific about how you got the crashes?
 
con esta ultima actualizacion... se congela todo el sistema... cuando cargo las canciones se pausa el otro deck... definitivo el cpu se recarga al maximo... como hacer para regresarme una versión antes ....
 
I just have mp3 files on Autoplaylist. Enabled Automix. At the end of the first song, it froze and shutdown (I was not looing at the screen, just notice song did not continue to the next one)

So I did some test.
While song is playing, I skipped that song by clicking a spot close to the end of the wave form (next to the Automix end) and it froze, music stop then VDJ shutdown.

Tried it 4 four and it happened.

I uninstalled 2202 and installed 2191. I have not put 2195 yet, but those 2 version did not shut off like this 2202 version.

with this latest upgrade ... the whole system freezes when I load songs ... the other deck ... definitive recharges the maximum cpu ... pauses as do to me back a version before ...
 
Build 2202.966 While recording set with Automix VDJ froze suddenly and shut down after Windows "Virtual DJ not responding" warning messages.

CPU: Intel i7-3930K CPU @ 3.20 Ghz 3.60 Ghz
Memory: DDR3 16GB
RecordFormat: flac
REcordQuality: High
While playing on Automix I do not have any problem! Bug occurs only when recording on my pc.
Same set can be recorded after 2-3 attemps but causes waste of time.
 
Now that zeroDB has drop options, I normally keep it at 0.750000. What does that equate to in the new model? (Also, will arbitrary numbers such as 0.7500000 still be accepted?

Have Problems with VDJ 8 Buildt 2202.966 beta
Sometimes the Musik are Freezes by Playing when i load a New Track in other Deck 2
By Analyzed BPM and Tags the Self ,and in Automix Mode too.

With VDJ8 Buildt 2195 i have not Problems,all the Best

My System is Old and not the best:

Windows XP Pro SP3
Toshiba M40X GR112
Intel Pentium M Prozessor 1.60GHz
1,5 GB Ram
Mobile Intel 915GM/GMS,910GML Express

Build 2202.966 Hangs

Issue 1:

1. No Controller Connected
2. Want to use VDJ8 without controller
3. Go into settings Audio and revert settings to to internal sound card
4. Click Apply
5. VDJ8 hangs and have to force close

Issue 2:

1. Want to move a track from search pane, sidelist to Automix pane or move tracks within Automix
2. VDJ8 will lose the ability to grab and move the track

Issue 3:

I reverted back to an earlier build and lost my Horizontal Scratch Wave Forms. I've tired several skins including the default skin in case it was a skin issue. Still. Scratch Wave Form gone. Rhythm form is there but no scratch. In other words, no Colored Wave Forms at all. Reverted all the way back to 2185, still no luck. Till a fix, I'm using the default Scratch Wave Forms.

Update:
Solution to issues above until a fix is in. Restore to Factory Default. Audio is back.
 
I've noticed that in older computers, the CPU usage with this build is high - resulting in some audio problems as experienced by Dirk (vinjacki).
 
The sync button only works when the volume of the song your mixing is at half volume. It skips when you are mixing making a dirty mix.
