Hi, in VDJ8 when I move crossfader to 100% to play the right deck, the crossfader moves automatically to the left side, even if it plays the right deck. It's possible to leave the crossfader to 100% right to see that it's playing right deck? This thing creates confusion on what deck is really playing.

Weird.
I'm thinking that what you have told us is impossible, except in the case of your output not being the main one, but instead the headphone output. That implies your configuration settings in vdj 8 are wrong.
Tell us about your VDJ 8 sound configuration.
Also..
Try using vdj 7, and see if it is the same.
Reinstall, or repair vdj 8.

Could be a crossfader bleed that needs cleaning or replacement.
