I recently purchased the VDJ 8 plus license for my Hercules RMX2 controller because I could not find the disc which included the "LE" edition download. However, a couple days later, I found the disk. Is there any way I can cancel/return this $99 controller license and get refunded? And who would I talk to about this? I have submitted a ticket and have not heard a response. This may be in the wrong area of the forum and I apologize if it is. Thank you.
