Hi,
If I create in a playlist called "REquests" then rename it to "Requests" the second "E" does not change to lowercase.
This is in a playlist subfolder if it makes a difference.

Does it change if you collapse and expand the subfolders after renaming the file?

Windows file system does the same thing with file naming. Your file path has to change because the computer does not care about the difference between caps and lower case. It can be fixed in two steps
1. Delete or add an character "Rquests" (in this case the "E")
2. Then fix the E "Requests"
