I am running virtual dj 8 on windows 10 OS. When i tried to launch the application I received this error message "Directx fail to initialize. Please install the correct drivers for your video card". I checked and rechecked all my settings even reinstall the application. I need your help in trying to solve this problem. The directx version is 12.

It is more likely that you need to update your video card drivers.
Check your computer manufacturer's website for drivers for your computer, or alternatively check intel, nvidia or amd websites for the most recent drivers for your video card.

regarding to your issue, troubleshooting is already posted above.
As Adion mentioned, please check or update your Videocard drivers
and assure you have installed the required directX9 packages

YES THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING I HAVE UNINSTALLED VIRTUAL DJ 8 THEN REINSTALLED, UPDATED THE VIDEO DRIVERS, CHANGED TO THE INTERNAL DRIVER WITHIN MY LAPTOP, UPDATED WINDOWS 10, AND DIRECTX IS STILL STOPPING ME FROM OPENING VIRTUAL DJ 8 THERE IS OBVIOUSLY A GLITCH IN THE PROGRAM. I AM A NATIONAL AWARD WINNING DJ/ VJ AND I AM REALLY GETTING FRUSTRATED WITH THE WHOLE THING. I HAVE VERY IMPORTANT GIGS WITH DOUBLE PROJECTION SCREENS THIS WEEKEND AND I HAVE NO FUNCTIONAL DJ SOFTWARE DUE TO VIRTUAL DJ !!!!!! PLEASE HELP ASAP

Looks like your caps lock button is stuck as well .......
You need to give more info. What you have provided isn't enough to diagnose the issue you are having. What exactly is the issue, what have you tried to resolve it, what steps have you taken, PC model, graphics card, OS, etc would be a start.

Well the problem is quite clear:
DirectX Will not initialise.
So Virutal DJ will not load.
I have Nvidia GForce 720m
Asus Core i7
8GB memory
USB 3
My old Virutal DJ program worked fine.

Would love to install VDJ 8, But my system has a more robust and efficient way of running Virtual DJ 7 and Traktor Pro 2.11 without Graphics Drivers. Honestly, is it possible to run VDJ 8 without them also?

If your graphics driver wasn't running, you wouldn't see anything. You'd have a blank screen.
Your computer operating system needs a graphics driver in order to display things on the screen.
