Being a long time user of Atomix, I wanted to see what all the fuzz was about with this new Virtual DJ program. I bought it and was about to download it, but halfway something went wrong.
When updating the profile in order to download the program, it wouldn't accept the serial code I gave. It also said that the e-mail might not be correct either but I know that both the code and the e-mail were correct. The code is what I was given on my receipt after purchase. I found this extremely frustrating as I wanted to try out the new features everyone has been ranting about but as for now it only seems that I am registered to the forum here without really getting any wiser. How do I solve this problem and how can I be able to finally enjoy Virtual DJ without any inconvenience?
