Last night a new nightclub call me to work, but when I try to connect my Laptop I realize that they have 1 CDJ-2000 NEXUS and the other was a CDJ-850. Is possible to make a configuration to work in this situation ? How it works ?

Yes of course it is possible. The only thing you need to adjust/set is the Deck Assignment.
In Settings->Controllers at the left-top you should see both CDJs. Select each one and assign it to the desirable deck from the top-right drop-down menu (deck assign).
As for the Sound setup, if the mixer doesnt offer a sound card or no other sound card is available other than the CDJs, then you should have something like...
Deck 1 .. CDJ2000 ... ch1,2
Deck 2... CDJ-850 .. Ch1,2
