Is there any possible way to have background visuals with no sound continuously playing while I continue mixing on the main 2 decks that are just Mp3 files?

Browse the plugins, Milkdrop and TellyVisuals/TellyMedia are good options.

You can use any of the plugins in this effect, to automatically activate, when you are switching to an mp3.
