I've been using VirtualDJ Remote for iOS and it bothered me because I could only use 2 decks. Recently I got an Android tablet, and before buying VirtualDJ Remote on Android, I just wanted to find out if it's possible to use both devices as remotes simultaneously to control 4 decks (2 decks from each device)?

You can connect as many iOS or/and Android devices as you wish.
Controlling more VirtualDJ Decks with Remote is not up to how many devices you will have connected though. Its up to how many decks the Remote skin is offering.
At the moment, all the available Remote skins (default and custom ones from the Addons page) only offer 2 decks.
Keep also in mind that the 2 offered decks of the Remote app skin are defined as "Left" and "Right", meaning that if you set deck 3 as LEFT from the VirtualDJ 4 Decks default skin, then the Remote app will control deck 3.
