Hello everyone.
I work as a DJ in weddings and birthdays, in which music'm mixing approximately 8 hours.
In recent times about 5 hours going after music, song stumbles as if automatically make a loop of 1/32 and for a few seconds the virtual dj not answer me.
In most of the time I pass a few seconds (because I put music on my other notebook backup) and then the VDJ works well.
I happening very often and need to fix it. Could you help me??.
My notebook is MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014) with the system os x El Capitan 10.11.5, 2.2 GHz processor Intel Core i7, 16GB DDR3 1600 MHz.
I use mac version 8.1 build 2857,116.
I use WD external hard drive 1TB (external disk change because I thought that this was the problem, I bought a new one and the problem persists).

(I made a notebook formatting and install everything again and the problem persists)
- I have license virtual dj, the technical support told me that the usb ports may be put at rest, which I think is rare).

Yo trabajo como dj en boldas y cumpleaños, en las cuales estoy mezclando musica aproximadamente 8 horas.
En las ultimas veces aproximadamente luego de 5 horas pasando musica, se tranca la cancion como si se hiciera automaticamente un loop de 1/32 y por unos cuantos segundos el virtual dj no me responde.
En la mayoria de las veces dejo pasar unos segundos ( porque pongo musica en mi otra notebook de respaldo ) y luego el VDJ funciona bien.
Me esta sucediendo muy seguido y necesito solucionarlo. Me podrian ayudar??.

You should also check:
1) Your laptop is not overheating
2) Your external hard drive does not go to sleep after some time of inactivity
3) USB ports are not doing power saving

I check that, and the notebook does not heat, I set the usb never put into sleep mode.

Pioneer SZ on a Mac. I suggest you should try increasing the audio latency.
There has recently been a thread about sound problems with the SZ on Macs, and the solution was as above.

The funny thing is that I did not happen before. Suddenly I began to work.
