Our man SBDJ wrote the wrapper for Milkdrop so you need to ask him if its possible..?
A wrapper, for those that don't know, is like a go-between for linking the Milkdrop system to VirtualDJ.
There could be some scope to make adjustments but Milkdrop itself might have to support Transparency??
Does it mention this in the original Milkdrop specification? (google search?)

It was Sonique in v7.
But that are two completely different plugins.

Sonique was a wrapper too and in v7 we still have milkdrop7 now we have milkdrop8 :)
