LoopCut has one dial that controls how much of a loop is audible.
Set the dial at 50% and start a 1 beat loop, you'll hear 1/2 a beat repeated every beat.
If a mac user can use x code and is willing to port this please send me a pm.
This plugin has no date to be open to all, and currently is for pro users only.

for some reason this addon got pulled after +3k downloads, i asked support why and explained the application and it's now back,
I've since got a beta that does the same thing but it has a cut in point and a cut out point, so imagine a 32 beat section that nice vocal on beats 16 to 24 then you can have just this nice vocal repeating every 32,
I need to work on the sound quality of the cut out, i think a super fast fade would be better than a hard cut.

One application that may be obvious to some but not to others is loop scratching,
If you apply the fx with only a small % cut off the backend of the loop get a clean cut in like if your scratch was at the very start of the record.
Personally I use this most when mashing slipped loop buttons and in increasing/ decreasing the cut point, it can really transform the feel of the button bash.
