Hi, VDJ is the perfect tool for a wedding DJ. It does it all.
What i'm missing...
Before every wedding i have to start a second software: a text editor, where i write down all kinds of important notes:
- playing which song from when till when as the parents entrance the venue.
- same for the couple venue entrance
- notes about speeches.
- notes about micing who has to be seated at which table.
- wedding cake music
- birthdaymusic at 12 o clock for auntie....what's her name
- and so on.....
So is it possible to add a text editor within VDJ please, so we don't need to switch screens? Would be nice...

Regarding music and what play when, when i was doing weddings, i was doing the following..
- create a Virtual folder with the name of the couple e.g. John & Mary
- nest several virtual folders inside that virtual folder such as first dance, cake, birthday, special etc.
- put the tracks i wanted to play during that time in those VFs.
As for other notes, not related to music, i was using an application from 1900 called pen & paper :D
