Topic: problems getting my karaoke unlimited subscription to work

bought my unlimited karaoke licence and there doesn't seem to be a very big section to choose from only some of the songs are full length and terrible selection. looked up the song list on line and it was very different from what i have apparently purchased can any one help me? tried to get a hold of tec support and cant get any feed back from them. is this a constant problem as well i'm new to this shet

This service is meant to compliment your catalog, and will not have every song that you are looking for. If you can't find a particular song in their catalog, then they don't have it. They are constantly adding new tracks, but I would not let this service be my primary source for a gig. It may also help you to search for songs that you don't have before a show, and download them to cache. This will not help you during a show, but will keep you from searching for a track that you know they don't have.
