Hi All,
I just bought a Pioneer DDJ RR and all the knobs work perfectly but the master knob does not work on Virtual DJ 8.2 ver 3654 (Recent Version) Can you please look into it. Thanks
FYI-Pioneer had a new firmware update on 10/19/2017, I don't know if that is affecting it,

Please take time to read the DDJ-RR setup guide for VDJ (available here).
The master volume is a hardware control. It does not send data to VDJ, so the master knob on screen will not move. That's normal.
