VirtualDJ - Random crashes with a dududududududuuuu...

This is an embarrassing problem im having where VDJ bombs out mid-set with a "dudududududududududu…" as the software resets
I cant find a file called CrashGuard but there is a log file with this in it..

Fault finding ive done so-far..
Wipe System and reinstall Windows (Win10)
Fully update drivers
Antivirus is windows defender (Not any 3rd party AV)
Still happening at build 4459

System is a Haswell PC with Intel i5-4690K 16gb ram System on an SSD (No other system performance issues)
Soundcard is a USB Audio2DJ (gone through all ASIO settings)

If this is not a software issue, what else can I check for?

EDIT: I do see a lot of browser refreshing, sometimes the browser disappears but comes back if I click anywhere in it. This has been happening since "Experimental Skin" appeared but still happens once Experimental skin is disabled.
