with all the songs that are not in a certain virtual folder?

the only way i can think of, but will not be automatic, is to select all files in that Virtual folder and provide some unique text to a spare/unused DB field such as "User1", "User2" or "label"
then you could use a filter like label contains text
but each time you add something in that Virtual folder, you will also have to edit its extra field with the same unique text
