but i heave the headphones plug in to my Denon, i think it use the internal souncard

Ok, you need to change at headphones channels 3&4 for 1&2 like the master, now headphones alive ;)

I had a similar problem when I first got mine (MC4000) last year, it was down to the asio driver (denon), and used the wasapi driver after advice from kradcliffe, and it's been fine since (bar 2 occasions but nothing major) so go with what kradcliffe advises. I use windows 10 too.
