Hello, I'm new to this software and DJing, but I was wondering if there was a way to set up macros on my controller (MPK249) (Push2). I've seen the welcome vids, and in settings, I've tried to map certain elements to my controller, but it doesn't seem to be working. Plus there's a lot of different things to macro, can anyone tell me what the standard things I should be macroing. Fader and EQ are probably at the top of this list.

It's called scripting in VDJ. There is somw scrpting help on the wiki part of this page

...But if you have midi knobs on your controller, eq and volume are as simple as mapping:
eq_high
eq_mid
eq_low
And:
Level
That will control current deck
If you want to control the decks separately you can add that as:
Deck 1 eq_high
Deck 2 eq_high
... and so on
eq_high
eq_mid
eq_low
And:
Level
