I love the new Key system, however in the browser when the column is shrunk, it minimises to show just the tick. Is there any way to get it to minimise to the key information instead (and remove the tick)? I have a lot of columns in selected in the browser and space is at a premium.

Make the column just a touch bigger

As I said, I have a lot of columns and so I need to create space where possible :-). I now have to use more space for the Key column than previously.

Perhaps the tick should be optional in settings (call it keytick?).

yeeah. That's what I was hoping for, something like that. It does seem quite trivial, but it really has affected my workflow. And hopefully if it's easy to implement, a setting like that would be great.

With latest EA build:
If the width of Key column is sufficient, both checkmark and track's key will be shown.
If you resize down a little (so that both checkmark and track's key don't fit the available width), key info will be shown without the checkmark
If you resize further down (so that tracks key doesn't fit anymore on the available width), only the checkmark will be shown.

Doesn't that system fit your needs ?
