I upgraded my internet, removed apps from computer so it had more room & it still skips. I can't dj like this. Why does virtual dj skip? I will start broadcasting & the music cuts out for very long periods. And it keeps doing it. Are there any settings I can use to fix it? Has anyone else had this problem? I am on a MacBook Pro version OS 10.14.4 2.5 Ghz intel core i5, memory 16 GB.

The connection between your computer and the big wide world (the real one) is nothing to do with Atomix or VirtualDJ.
Who knows how far it's travelling or how many other computers it's going through before it reaches the destination? If there's a little glitch somewhere along the way, it could affect your stream. It's the nature of the beast.

Perhaps, however there was never a problem with Nicecast & other DJs use virtual dj without any problems. And believe it or not my husband may not be computer savvy, but I am! I will write up a ticket. If the answer is not forthcoming, I will cancel my monthly subscription.
