Ihave just bought an MCX8000, love it so far on my desktop pc running windows 10.
However.....
Tried to load the drivers to my windows 7 laptop and it wont install them, says there is a driver signature issue.....
Does anyone know of a workaround for this?

The solution is the same for any unsigned driver. There are even posts specific to Denon drivers.
