Topic: VDJ 2018 Not responding every single time I load a track.

I have paid for VDJ 2018 and every time I go to load a track it stops responding and that fateful spinning circle comes and never goes. I'm using the Reloop KUT mixer/interface with a technics 1200 turntable and Traktor MK2 timecode vinyl. I've tried reinstalling. Why is this happening and how do I stop it?

Does it do this without any of the equipment connected? Can you use your internal sound card okay?
 
And has it ever worked? If yes, what changed right before it stopped working?
 
In addition please describe your computer (cpu, ram, os)
