Does anyone know how to correct playback using Virtual DJ with Radio King. Radio King displays that I am live but does not broadcast the music from my Virtual DJ.

That depends a bit on what they require/want at Radio King. Perhaps ask at their support.

But it could also depends on what controller/mixer you are using. Some require a record loopback to broadcast the sound output.
If you are connected properly to their site, but no sound, this might mean that your sound settings need a record entry with loopback.
