i have pioneer ddj wego 2 for which i bought the licence today as soon as i start using it with the software the software restarts

What are you running VDJ on? Mac? PC? What operating system?
You say VDJ restarts when you "start using it". So does that mean you can start VDJ, plug the WeGo in, VDJ detects it and asks if you want to use the audio interface, you click 'yes' - everything's fine until you......do what? Press play, move a knob, what?
