Some builtin effect not showing on effect combobox after update v8.4 b5850. Can you resolve this problem

Can also fix the Problem , when I have sorted the Effects in Folders , and scroll in the PopupDowBox , this keep scrolling in the same Folder , and not can go in the othe Folders where are other FX , how it is by the Browser Scrolling?
