Hi,
I'm new to VDJ and have the home plus version. I am trying to add some usb midi controllers as extra pads for video cues. Specifically, the Akai LPD8 and the Behringer X-Touch Mini. I can't seem to get VDJ to play the functions I program into the pads.
Here's what I've tried:
-running latest version of software
-tried all usb ports using different cables
-tried programming different functions other than cues, ie play and pause deck
-when I look at the Mapping section in VDJ, the pad show on/off when I press it
-using latest firmware and drivers for both hardware devices
-turned off all other apps
-tried both pieces of hardware on another computer running latest version of VDJ, different usb ports and cables; same problem
-both devices show up in Windows as device in Control Panel and Device Manager without any errors
-both the LPD8 and X-Touch mini work with Ableton Live 10 and Cakewalk DAWs (both latest versions)
-ran Miditrace, it shows ffff and both in and out for both devices and no data gets sent when I click Send button
I'm stuck on what to do next. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Plus licenses are only for the specific controller that you bought it for.
For use with any/all controllers, you need a Pro license.
