Every time I open VDJ I have to go into mapping and change the deck number for my NXS decks. For example:
Change NXS from 2 to 1. Change NXS 1 to 2.
It happens every time, even if I click the "save" icon.
Ideas?

If you have two devices connected, VDJ only knows that there are two devices connected. It doesn't know where they are.
It can't see which one you have on your left and which one you have on your right.

Do you always connect each of your CDJ'S on the same USB port and you power them up with the same order?
VirtualDj uses the instance number to order your CDJ'S.
Which means it lists them with the same order your OS does.
If you don't always connect the same CDJ on the same USB port and power them up (and connect) with the same order then your OS will also list them with a "random" order...
