As a working club DJ, this feature not working for 2 days is becoming problematic. No updates on what the problem is or if it will ever be fixed is rude and bad business practice. I'll be sure to tell every future DJ asking about Virtual DJ vs. Serato about this and the countless other issues you have had (with similar responses) over the years. Does anyone have any information on what the problem might be, if there is a workaround or when this will be fixed?

Support staff
The service is provided by 3rd party content provider (iDJPool and VJ-PRO).
They have had problems with their service today, and there been some interruptions due to this.
As a result they are now in process of moving to improved cloud hosting platform and api with higher security and performance to mitigate this.
Should be up and running at full capacity asap.

Would be great if they could give us an estimate of when it will be fixed. I've had trouble all afternoon trying to access songs.
