What is the option "analyzesongsonview"? Enabled or disabled, it still analyzes all new songs added to virtual folders regardless off setting.

It does what it says, what you are seeing is a need of virtualFolders
if you look at them in the operating system you'll see it holds length & bpm data [it uses this to auto relocate if you move the file]
So to go into a virtual folder a track needs to be scanned,if it's not scanned when you add it, it needs to be scanned there and then.
