Hi I am having big the 2021 software. It keeps freezing up all the time. I know you have updates to the software. Yesterday morning I switched my computer the software did not work at all, my streaming for broadcasting and logging on details disppeared, and my music files disppearing, so what is going on. I still have the VirtaulDJ 7 PRO software uninfected and still working well now my back up in continue broadcasting. I will have stop using it until it put right ok.

Little hard to guess..
Is it the audio "freezing" , or whole software, or whole computer?
If you computer is a very old, and low specs, you can try in settings to set mathEngine to disabled.
That will turn off stems that do require a bit of computer powers...
But could just be the audio buffer settings, if its just the sound "freezing".. etc
