Easiest way, choose a hosted platform... most offer embeds to own site, and can share to social media etc etc.. 1000s of such hosting sites, a a few ones here to try out (some free, some not)

Alternatively rent own server and setup Shoutcast/Icecast, but we aware of running costs that might turn out to be quite a bit..
Or the more "social way", broadcast to social media directly and to the platform of choice
