My Numark Mixdeck express will not connect with my Through Virtual Dj platform Pc no Functionality no response at all!!

Not sure what you have tried, but here are some suggestions.
1. Check device manager with the numark plugged in. If it does not show up there then faulty USB cable or USB hub.
2. Try a different USB port
3. Go into "sounds" control panel by right clicking speaker icon in system tray and select "sounds". Go to playback tab. Find your numark device listed right click and select properties. Go to advanced tab. Uncheck "allow applications to take exclusive control of this device"
4. Has this worked before? Does your unit come with a license? Might require a VDJ license to be hooked up to VDJ as a controller.
Please report back with your findings.

Make sure you have used the SOURCE button at each CD player and set to MIDI
and that the channel switches on the mixer is set to PC

I am having same problems since I updated computers, apparently the 11th Gen Intel it doesn't get along with, Still works fine with older computer. Let me know if you find a solution. Currently looking at other options for controllers
