I have 2x cdj2000nxs2 and djm 850 connected in external mode
but when i press recording
record starts : but i cant adjust mixing level in recording tab and i dont see not a vu meter
everything is set up like in manual :

all the rest works master- gain- mid -low -high only recording i cant nothing do
Or is this only avaible with a controller and not with seperate decks/ mixer ?

There's no way to adjust recording levels.
However you can adjust the recording headroom via the Pioneer drivers panel
If my memory serves me correctly the default headroom is 10db
Finally, on the page you mentioned above you need to take care to use the correct channels for recording.
You need to set them both on Pioneer control panel, and then on software as well.
Finally, VirtualDJ will record whatever your mixer sends to it's master output (without taking master volume level into account)

I test the trial atm :
but it says u can use all functions of the pro version for 30 days , so i played 4hrs last saturday without any loss of sound
