For some reason when I connect the launch pad pro virtual DJ recognizes it as launch pad pro 5. Because it adds that stupid five to its name it doesn’t recognize it and give the ability to map the launch pad pro mapping that’s already installed on virtual DJ. The mapping is for a launch pad pro not a launch pad pro 5.
I’m running windows 10 and I can’t figure out for the life of me how to rename the launch pad pro in my devices and have it stick..
Is there anyway I can get into the virtual DJ factory mapping‘s and rename the launch pad pro mapping launch pad pro 5? And if I can’t do that does anybody have any ideas this is driving me absolutely insane

It recognizes it but with wrong type, I guess you meant ...
