recordVideoResolution is set to 480p (582x480) and recordVideoFps is 60
if your computer is fast enough you can :
* modify recording size to fullHD 1080p (1920 x 1080) or one of the 2K (i.e.: 2048 × 1080) or QXGA (2048 × 1536) or QHD 1440p (2560 × 1440)
* reduce recordVideoFps to 30 or 25 or 24 if needed

Depending to your GPU, set the resolution and the fps. I recommend 1280 x 720 with 24 or 30 fps.
Well, if your gpu is new and powerful, set them to 1920 x 1080 with 60 fps. NOT RECOMMENDED IN AN OLD GPU! The image might be laggy and your gpu might force your pc to reboot. I had these problems with an old gpu, so, I am saying these from experience.
Remember this while recording a video:
Better quality = Bigger size.
