i'm not getting any audio when i hit the backspin vdj 2021, you see the movement but no sound i thought it was my controller but i try on the soft wear itself and the same problem but it still work on vdj 8 should i uninstall vdj 8 and vdj full pro and just keep the vdj 2021 also notice my new dowloaded music don't play on vdj 8 only the old ones before upgrading to vdj 2021

Take a look at settings -> automation -> smartScratch
"new dowloaded music" is a little bit confusing to get help
better give what format they are encoded with (Container, audio & video Codec, Bitrate, Resolution...)
As well some DRM issues may prevent some track to play but a message must tell it

this vdj 2021 like it is problems now all my hotcues are gone it's like every is back to square one with all my music files no bpms i should not have upgrade this is (BS) WEEKEND IS COMING

If they were there Only reason they disappear is VDJ crashed and restarted not reading database
If no sound, likely VDJ can't read setting file
Best way restart computer
Note sometimes after OS updates Audio driver names can have changed
this may confuse VDJ and crash
Best way restart computer and maybe reconfigure Audio config with new names
