Topic: Audio Issues and Drop Out
I have been using VirtualDJ for a while now and lately I am having trouble playing on multiple Pioneer controllers. I have an XDJ-RX which used to work fine, but now after 20 min or so of playing music I get a sudden music dropout (output becomes silent for a few seconds) and when it comes back the audio quality is very bad.

Also, when I run VirtualDJ for the first time I hear some distortion every 30 seconds or so which goes away when I restart my laptop.

I am also having this issue on an RX2 controller even though a friend of mine also has VirtualDJ and it is working without any issues.

What I have tried so far:
- Reinstalling Windows
- "Reset All" in the options tab in the settings menu
- Reinstalling ASIO drivers
- Updating firmware on controllers
- Setting latency to 0, 256 and 512 on both VirtualDJ and the ASIO driver
- Setting ultraLatency to false
- Changing cables (tried 5 cables)
- Disabling "Allow windows to turn off this device to save power" in the Power Management tab in Windows' "Device Manager" for every USB hub I have
- Tried other USB ports in my laptop
- Tried an older version of VirtualDJ

None of this fixed my problem. Using a USB soundcard works fine.
I am not sure if it is related but this issue popped after upgrading my SSD hard drive.
