Hi there I'm having an issue with freezing I hope someone can help me troubleshoot through.
Computer
I have a brand new 16inch macbook pro with 16 gigs of ram, 1T SSD drive, their Neural Engine graphics 16 core GPU.
My controller is a Reloop touch
During my gig I am connected to 3-4 screens. (main computer, reloop touch, projector, +1 misc screen)
Ive successfully migrated 99% of my library and when it works it works.
I find randomly Vdj will freeze and I get the spinning ball of death. Sometimes it's not random for example Ive queued up my next song and i'm about to drop into the next mix or the chorus and as soon as I press the button. BANG the music stops.
The frequency of this is about once every 2 hours. Not fun when trying to go above and beyond.
The laptop doesn't feel hot and it also doesn't look stressed in the activity monitor. So i'm wondering is there some quick trick to prevent this. does anyone know of any issues relating to this or something i've overlooked?
