Ik have a new Hercules DJControl Starlight controller and the Virtualdj PRO Infinity license.
If a connect the Startlight to VirtualDJ then the sound of the decks (left/right) is always heard regarless the crossfader is on far left or far right position.
and when you select the crossfader on screen with your mouse pointer, then you see such a message "CROSSFADER value: Disabled". Is that maybe part of the probleem ? why is it desabled?
please. help.

I've found the setting "Crossfaderdisabled = YES" into "options & Tweaks".
I've changed it to NO and the Crossfader is now working as it should be.

It's set to No by default of course. Most likely, you have accidentally changed that at some point.
