How can I put as default that mixer mode is in "XDJRX" and not as MIDI MODE. Always that I load something the Midi Mode is activated as default and I need that the mixer mode as XDJRX is activated as default.

VirtualDJ has no power over it.
It is a firmware function. This means that it's the device itself that won't keep in memory the desired mixer setting after a reboot.
Also VirtualDJ cannot send a MIDI message to select a mixer mode (there's no such function on the device)
In other words, there's nothing that can be done.
And given the fact that the unit is discontinued (Pioneer already released XDJ-RX3) it's safe to assume that no firmware updates will get releases any more for this unit that possibly could fix this issue.
