Hello. Is there a tool that finds any and all file not found tracks? Occasionally while playing, I go to drag a song up and I get the file not found error even after recursing.

Yes many ways to find missing files.
1) One can create a Color rule that shows them colored (your choice of color) so you can be aware of them as you DJ so not to use them, or to remove them as you come come across them.
with script >> Exists != 1

2) Can create a Quick filter to look for them in Virtual folders with single click.

3) Can use regular filter which should exist already.. called "missing"
4) And to remove all missing files: see item 5 here:

(the dot on the Side Tool) and Database > Remove all Missing files from Search DB)
And maybe more ways that I am not aware of.
