So, I was told to do a firmware update and did so. Worked out and completed. It said it was up to date. My mixer is a 4-deck controller, but the main interface only has 2. In order to get 3 or 4 you need to simply push the scratch button and it switches decks from 1 & 2 to 2 & 3. I followed Numarks instructions and now when I push scratch nothing happens. I would imagine scratch works fine but the other function is deck changing and that's just not happening. The lights DO come on. I hope it's in mapping? Well see. This mixer just suddenly became a 2-deck controller please help!
