Hi all,
Trying to migrate from the loop_out effect to Ducking Echo because the decay is far more natural. But I'm running into a few obstacles.
First, I can't seem to figure out how to make Ducking Echo pre-fader. With loop-out, if my "echo" is going on a little long or a little loud, I can bring the channel's fader down on the mixer and reduce or eliminate it, but Ducking Echo seems to be done post-fader, ignoring the fxProcessing pre-fader setting.
Second, is there a way to make the echo work on video as it decays? Loop Out has a "video" toggle that will make the video loop along with the echo sound. With Ducking Echo, the video just pauses.

Ducking echo is ALWAYS postfader that's how it works.
2 no there is no video ability to any type of echo fx [ducking, echo, echo out] they just capture sound.

Thanks for the reply. Is there another effect similar to ducking echo that works pre-fader? Loop Out is adequate but the decay just isn't as natural as I'd prefer.
