There are times that I have a down loaded song and when i go to use it a note pops up that says Relocate missing file. Then I click on it and have to find the song and reload it. Is this something new because it never use to do this. I didn't know if it was from a new upgrade.

most often, this is because that missing reference is from history or a virtualfolder or playlist and the file has been changed name since it was added to said list.
vdj does do relinking when changing filenames but it's tricky to test it does in every single case [history for example, should it be a hard record of what name and when, or should it be updated, there's an argument for either case.
