fader cut pad on right deck does not respond , it's light upon computer but nothing happening

Fader Cut page is handled by the device firmware and it sends out crossfader movements on the software.
As a first step make sure that the crossfader assign switches on the front of the unit are NOT set on "THRU" position (and ideally cahnnels 3 & 1 should be set to A and channels 2 & 4 to B)
