Topic: dj pool not working
I did everything you asked logging in and out and still the pools not working, It keeps asking me to pay a fee which I already did now what ?

You mean iDJPool, right ?

In VirtualDJ Browser (Folders view) goto Online Music->iDJPool - Pro audio, you don't get any results when searching for Tracks or getting results but don't load, or load fine but play partially ?
In VirtualDJ Settings->LICENSES tab, you see "ContentUnlimitedAudio" under "Current Licenses" ?

No it dose not say content unlimited and I paid the fee
just virtual dj pro infinity annoyed .

Oh sorry, just saw this in your Account.
I dont see any Audio Content Subscription, but i do see a Pro Monthly subscription (purchased/started at June 13th) , even though you have Pro Infinity.
These are 2 different things and probably an incorrect purchase here.

So if you want the iDJPool audio content, goto your Account, cancel the Pro Monthly subscription (you have Pro Infinity already ;) ) and buy the Audio Plan (from Online Catalogs) on the right side of the Buy page https://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html
