Just did a stupid thing and accidently deleted the contents of a virtual folder! Is there any way to retrieve it?

Do you have the automatic database backup running? If so, then you could restore from that. If not, then the contents will not have been deleted from your hard drive as they are only pointers contained in Virtual Folders to where the tunes are, just a pain to rebuild.
The automatic database can be set in options and will make a backup of your database every day you use it.
