Hi I’m having issues trying to sign into beatport streaming from within the VDJ software.
I have the advanced beatport streaming subscription. VDJ pro latest update. Tried running in Rosetta (I’m using an M1 MacBook) but I’m just unable to get the login browser page to appear when I right click and sign in from left folders panel>online music>beatport. Other streaming services open a login browser window no problem.
Anyone having or had similar issues?

Just trying everything I’ve seen on this forum. Changed it back to running without and it’s the same issue

RESOLUTION:
Shoutout to Max in VirtualDJ tech support for helping me with this.
Clear the beatport cache folder from the VDJ files. Steps:
1. Open settings in VDJ
2. Click tiny cog wheel bottom right (should open your local VDJ files)
3. Open Cache folder where you should see Beatport
4. Close VDJ
5. Delete the Beatport cache folder
6. Reopen VDJ
Clicking Sign in to beatport from file browser in VDJ left panel now opens browser successfully
