When playing a song and want to fade out as you m starting another song or even a KARAOKE song my fader or gain won’t work. This is on VDJ program not a mixer. Do I need to delete the program and start over?

No - you never ever need to delete and re-install the same version with VDJ
Instead you need to look into your audio config
And also remember that gain is not volume, so never ever use that to fade anything

It’s actually the only way I can fade out. It’s really weird it worked(fader) fine before, I just don’t know what’s wrong. I have 2 laptops with VDJ on them, I went thru settings and configurations to see if they the same and they are. My old Laptop works fine the brand new one was working and now it’s not. All settings are set the same way
